In a spot-on interview with Allen West last night on Greta's 'On the Record' Allen West called Obama the bystander president because he acts like he's a bystander even though his policies are helping create a dependency plantation in the black community:
Median family income for black Americans has declined a whopping 10.9 percent during the Obama administration. And five years in to Barack Obama's presidency, the number of African-Americans participating in the labor force has hit rock bottom ... to 65.6 percent - the lowest on record.
