It was a simple question asked by James Rosen of the State Department's Jen Psaki. What took this administration so long to apprehend a terrorist who from the very beginning was so accessible that media even interviewed him?
With much "attitude" (which Rosen does not recoil from) she finales with - "We did it as expeditiously as possible."
My crack-up meter hit 0-100 in no time flat. The word "expeditious" is defined as "marked by or acting with prompt efficiency." Mz's Psaki's answer was as perfect an example as you are going to find of something to say (in this case something ridiculous to say) when you have nothing to say.
