Is The ID Of Current Al-Qaeda Leader In Iraq A Hoax?
Is the image on the right really Al-Qaida in Iraq's leader? Supposidly Abu Ayyub Al-Masri recently released an audiotape urging nuclear scientists to join Al Qaeda.
The 20-minute audio was posted to a Web site that frequently airs al-Qaida messages. The voice could not be independently identified, but it was thought to be al-Masri's. He is believed to have succeeded Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who died in a U.S. airstrike north of Baghdad in June, as head of the al-Qaida-linked organization.Egyptian Sandmonkey says that he can't figure out how he is doing this since he is currently rotting in an Egyptian Tora Prison where he's been for the past 7 years.
Maybe the Egyptian let him out so he could start a new job of leading terrorists in Iraq!
