The Speech George Bush Should Make Tonight

It begins with "The State of the Union is a disaster," and ends with:

A nation that is not willing to fight for what it believes in, for its place in the world, is not worthy of its own ideals. But that is not America. I now intend to help America restore its faith in itself. By fighting this necessary fight that we cannot afford to lose.

So ... are you with me, or against us?

Read all of it here ...

Although it's the one I'd like to hear, at least half the country wouldn't get it anyway. Sadly, it's going to take another 9/11 to wake this nation up, and then it just may be too late. Far too many people still think defending ourselves and going after the radical Islamists causes terrorism, which of course isn't true. For some reason or another they have selective memory and have forgotten that our war against terror really began in 1979, and that during the period from 1981 to 2001 there were 7,581 terrorist attacks worldwide, all of them carried out by Muslims/Islamic terrorists.

Unfortunately, This War Is For Real but we're treating it like it's a political game. But whatever you want to call it, we're losing because of our lack of will, not because of our ability to fight and win.

Maybe too many of us have become so secular and so multiculturalist that for many, it really doesn't matter what kind of law we all live under. If we don't all soon find our collective will to win, the law we'll be living under is going to be sharia law. I wonder how the Dems and weeny Rhinos are going to like it.
