Code Breakers Say Osama Targeting Prince Harry

WorldNetDaily is reporting this morning that Osama bin Laden has personally targeted Iraq-bound Prince Harry, saying he is wanted "dead or alive."

If true, it would mean that code-breakers for MI6 have in fact cracked al-Qaida's secret communications system while also discovering the first real evidence in over a year that bin Laden is alive. Apparently, the administration's divert-and-duck de-facto second policy in Afghanistan hasn't worked and al-Qaeda, operating from Northern Pakistan and Afghanistan, continues to be a threat to the United States, Europe and much of the world. The NYT reports that al Qaeda operating from Pakistan have re-established significant control over their once-battered worldwide terror network and over the past year have set up a band of training camps in the tribal regions near the Afghan border. Of course Musharraf's deal with the with the northern tribes of Waziristan has been much less than helpful, Musharraf having done a bit of ducking and diverting of his own.

Related: Pakistan is both the problem and the solution to the most salient terrorist threat still directed against us. Al Qaeda and its Taliban allies could not function without the passive connivance of Pakistani authorities.
