CAIR 'Displeased' Over Counterterrorism Blog's Postings - Cites In Amicus Curiae Brief In HLF Case
Jeffrey Imm reports at The Counterterrorism Blog that in an Amicus Curiae brief by CAIR to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, CAIR complains about the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) postings on the Counterterrorism Blog with news in regards to the HLF case and CAIR. CAIR, as is the case with all radical Islamists, wants to use the American system against itself, and is interested in free speech only when they can use it against others, never when others speak out against CAIR's support of terrorist causes and the radical Muslim agenda.
In response to CAIR's brief citing Counterterrorism Blog in its brief, it seems quite appropriate to drag out a brief history of CAIR, given by terrorism expert Steve Emerson on Fox (yes, CAIR indeed has a strong dislike for FOX). About 40 seconds into the clip in this brief segment from Hannity and Colmes, Emerson rips into CAIR and manages to reveal more about CAIR than has probably ever been aired by the mainstream media. Americans need to know the truth about this pro-Saudi Wahhabist group of radical Islamist supporters, and not be intimidated by them:
As an added slap to CAIR for it's selective use of free speech, here's the speech that CAIR didn't want you to hear, the speech that the Council on American-Islamic Relations tried to threaten YAF into stopping. The video begins a few seconds into YAF spokesman Jason Mattera's introduction:
Let there be no doubt: "CAIR is a Terrorist Front Organization," With A Dangerous Agenda For America. As Spencer would say, hold the lawsuits, CAIR, for even Senator Chuck Schumer, a New York Democrat, has said, "We know [CAIR] has ties to terrorism." It is known that Saudi Arabia financially and ideologically supports a network of American organizations that act as the defenders, financiers, and front groups of international terrorists, and CAIR has been a major player in this network since its creation in 1994, with a particularly soft spot for the suicide-bombing death squads of Hamas.
Here, Mark Steyn reveals the shadowy connections and hidden agendas of this extremely dangerous organization. Be sure to watch the whole thing, it gets better as it goes along.
