Obama 'Naively' Plans For Kumbaya With Iran
As we noted almost a year ago in our post titled Said The Spyder To The Fly, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad brings new meaning to the Shi'ite concept of al-taqiyya: Lie, cheat, and deceive to gain advantage over one's enemies to further Allah's cause and the rule of the world by Islam, and lure the American public into a nuclear trap, like a radioactive spider to a fly.
As Jules Crittenden noted at the time, Ahmadinejad, a despotic liar, is no fool. He knows his audience. He knows what to say and when to say it. He smells blood in the water and he's circling, but he'd rather do it the easy that the hard way. Put another way, "Come into my parlor, said the spider to the fly."
And as for Ahmadinejad "enticing Americans into his parlor," clearly, he's done so in the case of Barrack Obama who in an interview with the New York Times on Friday, said he would if elected to the White House and "engage in aggressive personal diplomacy" with Iran as, part of a broader policy aimed at stabilizing neighboring Iraq in order to withdraw US troops."
We are willing to talk about certain assurances in the context of them showing some good faith," Obama told the Times.So, what we're hearing from Obama is that he would totally disregard the not-so-little matter of al-taqiyya and Iran's history of deceit, throw his arms around the Iranian madman and his fellow Islamofascists seeking an Islamic caliphate - through a nuclear holocaust if necessary, and sit down in a Kumbaya to barter away the Western world's continued existence. He would disregard the fact that Iran is actively supporting terrorist militias that are attacking Israel and attempting to make Iraq, Lebanon and Afghanistan ungovernable. He would disregard the regime's clear purpose: to intimidate free nations into standing by as it develops nuclear weapons - after which it will further escalate its campaign of terror with impunity."I would meet directly with Iranian leaders," he said.
"I think it is important for us to send a signal that we are not hellbent on regime change, just for the sake of regime change, but expect changes in behavior. And there are both carrots and there are sticks available to them for those changes in behavior."
As Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad explained on September 28, Iran "has the capacity to quickly become an invincible global power. This will happen as soon as it achieves advanced technologies."Unquestionably, Obama knows nothing about al-taqiyya, and is as naive as the rest of the Democratic left who are either wittingly or unwittingly walking arm-in-arm with the Islamofascists who are working so hard to destroy the West.
Obama, like the rest of the Democrats seeking to be president in 08, are simply too naive to lead America to victory in the War on Terror and Islamofascism. One cannot negotiate with a madman, and one cannot have meaningful dialogue with people who have no intention whatsoever to tell the truth or to live up to their agreements. Islamofascists will say anything and promise anything if it will buy them time to gain an advantage over their enemies, as Iran has been doing for over 20 years. To follow Obama's suggestion is to commit civilizational suicide.
