'The Muslim Libel Cases': Nothing Less Than 'Legal Jihad'
As Anti-Jihadist points out, "the Muslim jihad against the west and their other enemies is not just with bombs or babies, It's also about taking full advantage of Western laws and courts and using those to silence anyone who questions Islam or is against Sharia."
And although "much hay was made in the blogosphere of the 'Flying Imams' case, it is just the tip of the iceberg: "History is also full of cases by Islamic organizations and individual Muslims who try to use Western litigation to stop the fountain of knowledge. When it comes to the legal merits, they almost never win. When the dismissal happens, they try to claim it was all a silly misunderstanding."
Clearly, Michael Burkert has it right when he says that "A new and most insidious enemy has now taken aim at the security of the United States. This enemy is armed, not with artillery, bombers or WMD. The enemy is armed with the United States Constitution!"
