Granada (Spain) gets its sixth Mosque
Spanish Muslims boast of taking over Granada again. There are already six mosques in the last Spanish Muslim city. No wonder. There is an increasing number of immigrants, they are supported by the converts and, specially, by Spanish left politicians.
The last Mosque built has been rather controversial. As usual, it is not just a Mosque but another step of the project to make Granada a centre for propagation of Islam in Spain and Europe. This is what the Spanish Muslim website, Webislam, brags about:
Modern Islam is [with the new Mosque] presiding over the most privileged place of the city. The Muslims of Granada have build by St. Nicolas in the most beautiful place of the world-, their Main Mosque. It is a demonstration of power, respect or good taste; the presence of modern Islam in Granada it is not only testimonial, but also it presiding over the most privileged place of the city [This is repeated. It seems that the paragraph needed some editing]. This is a sample of the penetration of Islam in the city of Alhambra, where other five additional mosques spread all around the city. If Boabdil [last Moorish king of Granada] would come to live, the he would not sigh anymore.
A journalist who had written a book criticising some Islam traditions was not allowed to cover the opening ceremony of the mosque. You do not need to search that much to find real queer issues.
