Emancipation Proclamation On Slavery Today
Having established that a quarter of the world's people are slaves, I wonder what Abraham Lincoln would do about this. Perhaps he would write a modern version of his Emancipation Proclamation, such as the one below. I have based it on Lincoln's February 22, 1861 Address in Independence Hall, June 16, 1858
House Divided Speech, April 6, 1859 Letter to Henry L. Pierce, and his January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation.
